APL Killer Cardio Workout #1

Hey guys!  APL wanted to give you a sample of one of the 30-minute killer cardio workouts we offer in our all-encompassing fitness & nutrition online membership.  Every day we will post either a pictorial workout as seen below, a video workout, or a printout sheet giving you step-by-step instructions for workouts (including full body toning, upper body, lower body, core, and cardio workouts) you can do both at home or in the gym!  Membership is just $9.99/month and workouts are just a small part of what you will get!  Check out more about the APL Online Membership here and HAPPY SWEATING!

Repeat the workout below 5-6 times, resting 60-90 seconds between sets.  Don’t worry, if you can’t hold a move for 1 minute, start off with 30-45 seconds and work your way up!
