Ashley’s Vegan Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
1 Package Silken Tofu, room temperature
1 Cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup Vegan Butter, room temperature
3 TB Agave Nectar
1 tsp Vanilla
3 TB Pure Cane Sugar
Cooking Instructions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
Store in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
Put some fresh berries on top for a yummy desert!
